About the CRA
The Cape Referendum Alliance (CRA) is a group of political and civil society organisations who believe the people of the Western Cape should be able to express their collective democratic will on the question of Cape Independence.
Acknowledging that our entire future is on the line in the South African 2024 watershed elections, they believe that it would be immoral and undemocratic to deny the Western Cape people a referendum on Cape Independence, knowing that a clear majority of them favour one.

The Referendum Party (RP) is a single-issue political party established to force a provincial referendum on Cape Independence in 2024.

The CIAG is a political lobby group. They have driven the discussion around Cape Independence in the media, wrote the Western Cape Peoples Bill, and initiated the Western Cape Devolution Working Group (WCDWG).
